Today my daughter and I arrived at the clinic around 8pm. I have short of breath due to coughing for a week and wheezing. Saw there was 4 hours wait. Filled out the form and sat there patiently . At 10pm, doctor left. I was seen by 10.30pm only to be told there's no doctor. Apprently its their policy not to tell people waiting in advance that doctor will be gone and they are wasting their time waiting. There were ppl with small children waiting.
