I had an excellent experience with the technician Tony! He came out right away when my heat stopped working and quickly diagnosed the problem. Not only was he able to fix it fast, but he also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. His customer service was outstanding—very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
I don’t write many negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this — I do not trust this company. Logan’s Mechanical misdiagnosed my 2022 furnace, claiming the gas valve was defective when the real issue was corroded gas burners. They quoted $500 for a valve that retails around $200, and a total of $1,500 for the replacement — which is extremely expensive based on standard pricing. This is the second time that I’ve called this company to service my furnace. They never disappoint me! Fantastic service, very professional and always come when I need them.
I called late on a cold Friday night to seek help the next day for my failed gas boiler. At 8 Saturday morning AJ appeared, diagnosed and replaced a failed thermocouple and gas valve, performed maintenance on the boiler, bled the radiators and checked pressure. System is working fine now. Successful outcome, but at an extremely painful price.
