Apologies for just sending this review. When you work in the Administrative department, that's all you do all day, and it's hard to catch up. The work was performed on July 6, 2025. Workers Alexis Panameno and two others were phenomenal. Alexis explained in detail what work needed to be done and followed up after two months. Forget to mentioned we thought we had an issue but the developer of the home didnt install pipes correctly. They explained throughly. Can’t say enough good things about this company. We were struggling with our last providers and someone highly recommended Logan and we are so glad they did. Excellent customer service, and clearly top tier experts in HVAC. We hired them for a home emergency, then to install to tankless water heater, and then brought them in to work on large commercial units at work, and all experienced were great.
