I scheduled service with Logan Mechanical for my Goodman HVAC unit on July 27, 2025. The technician, diagnosed a failed ECM blower motor, which was confirmed to be under warranty. I was provided a written proposal stating the total charge would be $560 for four hours of labor, which I agreed to based on the understanding that only labor was being charged — not parts or travel time. We had some condensation on an air-conditioning vent on our home HVAC. Logan Mechanical sent an HVAC specialist, Tony, out to inspect. He looked things over, carefully explaining everything. After making some adjustments on the insulation around the vent tubing in the attic, Tony answered our questions. We are very thankful to have a trustworthy, expert company like Logan Mechanical in our area.
I have used Logan Mechanical for the last couple of years. Really great and quick service. They presented me with multiple options to repair or replace my minisplit system, and were happy to discuss them options with me to get to the best choice for me. I really appreciate their way of doing business, as well as their availability to quickly come assist when needed. My typical technician, AJ, is awesome. Recommend Logan very highly.
