Not sure why their rating is so high. I bought a Frigidaire gas range that had an electric broiler. It never would actually broil. The Logan technician came out and never got back to me about it. I finally called and they said the work order was closed. When I asked why the office person said that Frigidaire said it was working as designed. Repair has very bad service and untrustworthy! Called them to give an estimate on fridge repair. Charged for the house call to estimate but it does not come off of repair. I waited weeks for the parts to come in and I had to call to see if they ere in. The repair guy comes out and says the first guy did not find what was wrong I actually need an evaporator coil plus condenser plus heat pan. This alone is almost $3000 in repair estimate.
