Every conversation felt like a timeshare sales pitch, I was constantly instructed to sit on a chair marked with a bizarre red star like I was the target, lots of video watching in a private room but treatment in an open planned area that the whole reception can see. Six times I was asked to bring my husband to join the financial discussion despite me telling them I am financially independent. Unprofessional, sales-driven not care-driven and wholly lacking in any empathy for the patient.

I first came because I had constant neck pain and back pain that was affecting my sleep. My 10yo was unable to stand or sit up straight and he has always been uncoordinated. After just our first month my neck pain is gone, back pain is much better and getting even better as time goes on. My son can stand/sit up straight and his coordination has gotten a lot better. I am so thankful i gave hyperdome chiropractic centre a try! After around a year of care my spine has improved immensely! My pain has eased at least 60% and my overall health has also improved.. I haven't had a cold or flu for around 8 months! I was someone who would get colds, flus, bronchitis, sinusitis, & tonsillitis constantly before i started treatment. I am sleeping better and have so much more energy! Also, the ladies at reception! They deserve a shout out, they are so friendly and helpful! Thanks to the whole team.
