Honestly, feels unfair to rate this provider as I haven't actually seen her. That is the problem however, I called in March of 2025, wasn't able to schedule until July. I schedule, appointment is cancelled same week. No big, people get sick. The next available isn't until FEBRUARY, I schedule. February comes and the appointment is cancelled same day. She is kind and listens thoroughly to any issues I bring up, in contrast to a lot of doctors I've had who dismissed my opinions and experiences.
I was recently transferred to Dr Hemme’s care because my previous Dr left the practice. It took FOREVER to get in and let me tell you…This woman is the rudest and most uncaring Dr I have ever had. I believe she had her mind made up about me before even meeting me. I have been in the same medication for 4-5 years. I have a severe skin disease , chronic back pain and on top of that a cancer survivor She has decided to just abruptly stop 2 of my meds which 1 has caused my body to swell. We just saw Dr Hemme for the first time for my boyfriend who hasn’t seen a doctor in 20+ years. She was so kind, patient, and addressed all of his needs. It is hard to find a PCP like that this days and we really appreciated her!!
