Very caring and professional
My daughter sees Dr. Bingham who comes down from Kalispel. He is very good. The staff is always helpful here and at the main clinic.
The receptionist that was working today was an absolute sweetheart. But the nurse for Dr Lusting was really rude and dismissive of my child. My toddler is very friendly and loves nurses but she was the first one to ever mistreat and be dismissive. She knew she was supposed to come give my child and I the discharge papers and explain how to do something for at home. Instead she avoided our room, no one was sitting at the nurses station. Absolutely abhorrent care of my child and complete disrespect to me. Get your kid to Spokane or out of state no matter the cost than risk their brain health at this dumpster fire. Staff starved my child, mismanaged her medication, refused vital testing, the specialists didn't bother actually treating her so we were life flighted to the hospital just so they could consult via email, and probably gave her permanent brain damage. Receiving care out of state is night and day. Do not, repeat, do not risk your child's brain here.
