They have a great staff starting w the receptionists who are so consistently friendly even to the rude patients who come in thinking it's like fast food that brought their fat ass there in the first place..and complaing for having to wait a few minutes..I particularly like Dr Russig especially can tell has a lot of knowledge and really cares about her work. Robert the therapist in is also very helpful with mental health and has helped me tremendously in a short period of time when I really needed it. Definitely will continue... read more
My 92 year old Mother was treated with total disrespect. It was a weekend so I understand the understaffing. To wait 45 minutes in an empty waiting room to be seen by an Artificial Intelligence based doctor who asks me what I think then tells me to just take her to the ER. and drop her off? For what? Why? This place is a joke. Never going there again. Too much money on the building and not enough on health care.
I scheduled one appointment for 9/27/24 to which I showed up at the office, went to sign in and the receptionist goes, " Oh we just tried to call you, we scheduled your appointment on the wrong day." So, I didn't get to see anyone that day at my appointment time. I then RESCHEDULED on 10/04/24. At this appointment, I sign in, I get my paperwork, and I go back to a room with a nurse. Beautiful, clean, and well organized facility. Very kind, helpful, and passionate people ready to help improve my quality of life. My family and I have been traveling through Canada and stopped in Montana for a few days visiting Galcier National Park. I had developed some symptoms and did a walk-in at Logan Health Primary Care the day we were leaving back to Canada. The wait for my walk-in was less than 15 minutes.
