Front desk lady’s are just rude. They say I miss appointments when I have a message on my phone saying the doctor had a family emergency but then blames me. I’ve been hung up on multiple times and have been judged everytime I go in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
They have a great staff starting w the receptionists who are so consistently friendly even to the rude patients who come in thinking it's like fast food that brought their fat ass there in the first place..and complaing for having to wait a few minutes..I particularly like Dr Russig especially can tell has a lot of knowledge and really cares about her work. Robert the therapist in is also very helpful with mental health and has helped me tremendously in a short period of time when I really needed it. Definitely will continue... read more
My 92 year old Mother was treated with total disrespect. It was a weekend so I understand the understaffing. To wait 45 minutes in an empty waiting room to be seen by an Artificial Intelligence based doctor who asks me what I think then tells me to just take her to the ER. and drop her off? For what? Why? This place is a joke. Never going there again. Too much money on the building and not enough on health care.
I scheduled one appointment for 9/27/24 to which I showed up at the office, went to sign in and the receptionist goes, " Oh we just tried to call you, we scheduled your appointment on the wrong day." So, I didn't get to see anyone that day at my appointment time. I then RESCHEDULED on 10/04/24. At this appointment, I sign in, I get my paperwork, and I go back to a room with a nurse. Then another nurse comes in while she is getting my information and tells the first that MY doctor had been called out to a different place for ... read more
