The midwives are great even some of the obgyns are great the front of house staff yikes sat here listening to them answering the phones and talking about how miserable they are! Ridiculous. Just not very kind and need some training in how to speak with patients. the drama thats not necessary too the huffing and puffing over a phone ringing.
I had my prenatal care at Logan health in 2022 and i will say it could have been better, very pushy. My sister had an ultrasound done yesterday at 22 weeks and the ultrasound tech had awful manners and was very rude. I do not care if it’s a medical procedure or if your having a bad day you make it special for the women coming in as much as possible, that is apart of your job period. Very very disappointed. I will say there is a few that are absolutely amazing but a couple that need to hop off that high horse their riding.
Extremely pushy on vaccines and harassed my wife for 20 minutes over it today. High risk pregnancies are stressful enough without people being able to take no, for no on multiple occasions. This has never been an issue until today.
Can't say I am a huge fan of Logan health in general but as some one who is not a low risk pregnancy my health care team was amazing!! Dr. Lauer and Dr. Dehoop were awesome in making sure my delivery were as natural as I wanted and left me in charge of my own medical decisions I did not feel pushed in any aspect of my labor. I felt heard and respected which left me feeling so happy and grateful. I could not have asked for a better experience.
