To clarify: Physical therapy and the actual gym are 2 different entities. Physical therapy is now located in their own building where they have expanded! Ok, the gym portion is truly the nicest and cleanest gym facility in Polson. It has everything you need for a solid workout. It is NOT a bodybuilding gym or a Crossfit gym. It is owned by Logan Health which is a healthcare facility. Would it be nice to have some other equipment or have it be bigger? Yes of course. But that is not an option as far as room and budget go. Shauna is the greatest manager. The problem is that Logan allows weight dropping with scares the crap out of me when I am close by . I complained for years and Logan does not care. Too crowded at times and some clients are too territorial. Confronting me during my workout saying I took their machine. They never leave anything at the machine and use multiple equipment at the same time. So the customers are a big part of the problem. There needs to be a rule no more than 20 min per machine. No transparency with billing. Portal does not work for billing either so no control on the user's end to fix payment errors, and the worst part about it is, they're not open on weekends to fix these types of "errors" .

I had multiple referrals sent there over the last couple years from my doctor but they never set appointments even after me calling and even coming in to figure out why. It's like the referrals went into a black hole. My doctor kept asking me how it was going and I kept telling him they never got me in so he kept sending more referrals eventually I told him just to quit it was wearing me out thinking about it. Marsia is diligent in helping you get the resluts the doctors' Dr's want. She does this with a beautiful "can do" positive attitude! Wonderful Facility!
