I went in there yesterday to get a cryotherapy pad for my daughter who just had ACL surgery. Our friend a surgeon at the hospital sent us that way and said that they would take care of us. I took I took a picture of the unit and the connection to make sure we had the right one and showed them. I was told it was right but when I got home, it wouldn’t adapt. I was (am) a new CPAP user. I have never dealt with medical supplies before, so all new to me. I had insurance that was supposed to cover my services. I have been making monthly payments to them for a couple years now. I kept thinking I was going to be paid off any time. I was told the machine was new. My experience and my parents has been poor. They apparently think it is up to them whether or not they fulfill prescriptions. If you talk to Melissa, she is specifically unhelpful.
Traveling for the week -broke a strap on my C-pap mask headset i called the staff was very responsive -- i went there 25 minutes later to pickup exactly what i needed. When you walk in the building everyone is smile and very cheerful! Totally awseome place this is the 2-3time i have been there --do go anywhere else for medical equipment! First and last stop! Ken
