I went in there yesterday to get a cryotherapy pad for my daughter who just had ACL surgery. Our friend a surgeon at the hospital sent us that way and said that they would take care of us. I took I took a picture of the unit and the connection to make sure we had the right one and showed them. I was told it was right but when I got home, it wouldn’t adapt.
