Can you do your patients a favor when you ask them to call you back and either answer your phones or give them an option to leave a voicemail? So they don't fall asleep to your sleepy lullaby hold music. You called me I didn't call you and if I did call you first I am the patient you are the provider, without patients to provide for you wouldn't have a job. HAVE SOME MORE RESPECT FOR YOUR PATIENTS TIME, MONEY AND HEALTH!
