Dr. Clay is a warm and reasonable person. I’ve gone to him for years; regretted every time I’ve left. Five Stars.
Dr. Clay, and Dr. Asper are amazing doctors and are very understanding and will treat you with respect. They get straight to the point when it comes to what you need and they both will treat you with respect no matter what. Both are genuinely great people as well as professional and amazing doctors.
Rude, abusive, will locally you names and yell at you, are very rough with handling you and won't take care of you properly.
Dr. Clay was amazing always went above and beyond for me, but the hospital on the other hand did not. I needed a simple phlebotomy and during my 4 attempts they had told me four different things or lies about why they could not perform my procedure. I made a written complaint and was reached out to by higher ups. Was told they would open an investigation and reach back out to me as soon as they concluded what happened and why. The emergency room nurses were friendly and great service but the doctor was rude and didn't even spend the time to look over my son.... thank goodness we took him to shelby where they took good care of him.
