They helped my son with whatever he needed when he needed it. They also made sure I was ok at the same time. Everything was explained to us every step of the way, throughout the first surgery, to the Emergency surgery my son had to go through due to things going sideways, not the doctor's fault, but how his body reacted. The doctors where on top of it all, thankfully!! They listened to my son all the way through! We trust our doctors, surgeons, the hospital staff and everyone else that helped him!
The place was clean and welcoming.
Your office was not forthcoming about the charges for the appt. Your office overcharged me for the appt for an over long visit, which was because the provider kept talking. I was not informed that there would be an additional charge. There was a law passed "the No surprise act" in regards to billing patients. Im reporting your office for over charging patients, not being forthcoming and trying to scam insurance companies for payment. Completely disgusting and unacceptable.
Really love Dr. Schmidt she’s very knowledgeable and thorough in what she does couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my two boys with craniosynostosis.
