Zoom was set up for my mother-in-laws funeral for those that couldn't make the trip. Nothing worked right for zoom and all participants missed the service because they didn't have the microphone tested/set up for it. I called 3 different times during the service and told them the issues and how to fix it. Instead we had to listen to other participants try to figure out why they couldn't hear the service. Very disappointed that we didn't get to hear her service.
Mr. Logan was essential in guiding me through one of the most difficult processes I have ever experienced. His expertise and professionalism is greatly appreciated and will forever be remembered.
