I moved here a year ago and feel so much at home. When I share all the activities we can be involved in, (either enjoying or volunteering) with all my friends, they have never heard of such an active, caring community. They have good guidelines to keep Logan Estates clean and safe for everyone. If you fall on hard times or just need extra help, the community gets together and helps each other during spring clean up. The staff is great and so helpful, thanks for doing your best to make this a wonderful place to live!
My husband and I have lived in Logan Estates for 7 years and we have loved it! The community is one of the best! We decided to purchase a brand new mobile home and the process was so simple and quick! We love everything about our new home, it is so beautiful and perfectly done! We are so thankful for Logan Estates and the people who have made it all possible!
People are great! My grandma loves living there! Place is clean and kept in good condition! Management is super nice and helpful!
We have lived here for about 5+ years. The park is clean, the community is quiet and respectful mostly. We have had some semi-abusive landlords but Robin here really takes the cake. She will not work with you but at you. You are not a human to her, but an ATM. This woman has zero empathy for anyone but herself and her wallet. Let alone the trailers here will cost you nearly a home, the lot rent will be twice your home payment. Currently $600 with an online payment fee to the side. The pool looks like a nice addition!
