We have resided in Logan Estates for over 25 years. Lot rent includes trash disposal and spectrum cable/internet and is still considerably lower than most in the area. We enjoy the friendly staff, activities, and amenities they offer. We also appreciate all that they do to keep our manufactured home community looking beautiful. We have gained many friends here.
