The people are so nice and supportive. I can't express in words. I had endoscopy and the entire hospital was so helpful. Honestly, I felt little embarrassed that they did so many things for me. Like coffee and sandwich. The lift wasn't working so they didn't allow to go by myself instead the person took me in wheelchair. I am very impressed with the help and the support I got. Please let me know if I can do volunteer to help the hospital. Also, they arranged and paid for my trip to home since there was no one to pick me up. ... read more

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today performed by Dr Mark Norrie and Dr Szymon Ostrowski. Both were awesome and explained every step of the way in language I easily understood. From the time I walked in, the receptionist, admitting nurse, anaesthetist team, enrolled nurses, wards-people and discharge staff were impeccable in terms of professionalism, patient care and respectfulness. I wish I could give 10/10 stars!! Amazing and exceptional care given. Every member of the staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. Reception staff were very friendly, May, my admitting nurse, my procedure nurse & my recovery nurse (I can't remember their names, sorry) were so friendly, caring and empathetic. Dr Chang was amazing and I knew that I was in excellent hands. But I must give a BIG shout out to Dr Lam who immediately put me at ease.
