Customer service is extremely lacking. The first bill was a paper bill and was paid promptly. The correct email address was provided at that time. And we tried to set up bill pay at the same time. Bill pay didn't work and no email notices were received for three months. And nothing was found in the spam folder. So mysteriously your emails started coming through three months later? Sounds like you might have an issue with your notification system and your bill pay application process.
