Whoever they send out in red trucks with Polk county plates apparently feels entitled to brake check people on the interstate exits. I would fire this human if I were you. This isnt safe and it isnt what you want to portray to the community. Polk county IA plate NVT 099.
The warranty department is terribly slow for DeWalt and Milwaukee tools and has terrible communication between branches. I warrantied a DeWalt 20 volt air compressor through them because of poor communication between branches and never getting back to me it took them over 7 months. Also I brought in a Milwaukee framing nailer they said would not be covered under warranty and they ship it back right away. I checked in with them two weeks after they were supposed to mail it to the North Liberty location and it had not arrived.... read more
