Went in today for a ECG - the doctor that came out thought it’d be an appropriate time to ‘berate’ his admin staff. The issue at hand didn’t seem to be such a big deal - he even said so himself. He kept going on about the issue when the admin staff explained that wasn’t the case. It almost felt as if he was trying to prove he was right. The main part that annoyed me was my interaction. Highly recommended I had a lovely experience with Dr Khan and his team. They are all friendly, kind, caring & respectful. The ladies at the front are very informative. I was made aware of the out-of-pocket cost and the whole process from the beginning. Appointment confirmation and reminders are sent out about upcoming appointments so you don't forget/miss them. I did an exercise stress echo, the cardiologist is great and so is the young receptionist, I don't normally write reviews but I have a problem when one of the females staff starts rubbing you down with sand paper. When I said something, I was pretty much told to toughen up and that's how they prepare patients for the test and it's all in the consent form, there's nothing in there about rubbing your chest down with sand paper.
