Staff is friendly. Chiropractors are unprofessional. I've been going here for at least 5 months now. Their "treatment plan" has not made any improvements for me and I'm actually worse now than when I was before I started coming here. I thought this place was great at first. However, when I'd try to have a serious conversation with my chiropractor he often just made jokes and tried to rush me out the door. I assume he rushed me out to get to his next patients. Staff is friendly. Chiropractors are unprofessional. One day I went in for a scheduled appointment but my chiropractor wasn't there, rather than call me before arriving to tell me this they had another chiropractor do the adjustment. That chiropractor messed up when trying to adjust my neck and now my neck is in more pain then the first time I walked in their office (for neck pains). Their treatment plans are non-existent. Their assessments to measure progress are useless. Just find somewhere else.
I was researching chiropractors in the Roanoke area after moving to Virginia in 2016. I have received chiropractic treatments for many years as a way of maintaining my spinal health. I knew what I needed and what I was looking for in finding a new doctor. I found Dr. Shane Skinner at Tuck Chiropractic on Peter's Creek Rd.
