The veterinarians, vet techs, and support staff go above and beyond for their patients. We recently lost our very first dog, Alpine, of over 10 years to stomach cancer. Dr. Battilega (and everyone we interacted with) was compassionate and supportive from the day we got the diagnosis to the day we collected his remains, and even afterwards when they sent us a hand written sympathy card. We continue to bring our pets (another senior dog, senior cat, and a puppy) to Mountain View and highly recommend them.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices!
Horrid attitude on the phone. So rude. So dismissive. Will never even try to call here again. I had heard about bad customer service here from others but I was hopeful to get in for an urgent visit as my regular vet is booked up. Immediately upon hearing that I wasn’t a current patient, she interrupted me ‘oh yeah…noooo we have zero availability for you’ incredibly rude, horrible tone, no care or compassion, no resources offered. Might be time to invest in customer service training for your admin staff.
They really care about your pets. I feel like that makes a big difference in the way that your fur babies receive care vs other vets I have been to
