We love Mt. View! We still drive here even after we moved a couple hours away. Our pup loves the staff… And the free treats in the lobby. 😊
If I could give them zero stars I would… My family have been taking Our animals here for sometime. We had an appointment on Saturday for veteran technician to do an anal gland squeeze on both of my dogs. I have a smaller dog named Ruby Chihuahua dachshund mix and a little puppy pug midnight who just turned one.. I take our small dogs to Mt.View and we really enjoy Dr.Battelega
I scheduled an appointment (2 months in advance) for 10am. I received an email confirmation for 10am, so it went on my calendar for 10am. I showed up at 9:55 and was told that the appointment had been changed to 9:45, and they would not see my dog. Showing the email confirmation for 10am did not resolve the matter. Clearly they don't need my business, so after many years I'll be taking it elsewhere.
