Fake Name for Privacy: I am honestly considering moving out because the gym is kept unreasonably warm. They need to make the gym colder, it's where we go to exercise! It should be at least 66 degrees cold!

The few glowing reviews left are often from people who don’t live here—or work in the area. Just moved in and this unit and building is amazing. Cherakee was amazing on touring and helping me on issues with the main office. Alex also has been awesome and has the urgency and communication that helped a rough move go smoother!
Viewed Logan Apartments a few months ago and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole tour easy and informative. The building was clean and well-maintained, with impressive amenities, and the location in Logan Square is excellent. Definitely worth considering if you're looking in the area!
