Viewed Logan Apartments a few months ago and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole tour easy and informative. The building was clean and well-maintained, with impressive amenities, and the location in Logan Square is excellent. Definitely worth considering if you're looking in the area!
I lived at Logan Apartments before and after the management change last September, and the difference is night and day. What used to feel like luxury living has quickly declined into a frustrating, low-value experience. Management used to be great until they switched to a new company this year. The new management discontinued a lot of services the old management used to provide and they’re significantly less responsive and communicative when there are issues (and there are way more issues now). I was initially ok paying a premium because of the great management team but with how crappy management has gotten now, this building is overpriced for what it is and I will definitely be moving out when my lease ends. I’m currently helping my son find an apartment in the city, and we had a great experience seeing Logan Apartments. We viewed several options, but unit 207 really stood out. Josh, our leasing agent, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Highly recommend working with Josh if you’re considering living here. I hope my son chooses this place!
