I called today on behalf of my son, who is currently out of the country, regarding a package he had delivered. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the package was retrieved and kept safe, knowing my son will be away for two months. I truly appreciate the care and effort, thank you for the outstanding service!
They will scam you. They throw in additional charges for utilities and blame it on those companies when you ask. They play incompetency and don’t try to help you when it comes to making payments. They’re hoping you just pay it without paying attention so be careful when looking over statements.
When I went to renew my lease, it was only on the very last page—where one click would have confirmed my renewal—that I was shown that my parking costs were increased by more than my rent costs. Except it didn’t say that it was my parking, instead listing only my parking spot number. There is nearby permit parking as well as free street parking within a few minutes walk, so I decided I didn’t want to renew my parking.
