Avoid at all costs. Poor management, terrible communication. I’ve been trying for several weeks to get my application fees refunded after being clearly misled during my visit. Avoid unless you want your management team to be as useless as a moldy rag you left behind your dishwasher. Zero communication, zero ability to complete a lease, zero customer service skills. This management team should be embarrassed to let their parents know what they do for a living.
BAIT AND SWITCH, THEY DON'T HONOR LEASE AGREEMENTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We looked at an apartment, It wasn't the apartment we signed a lease for because that one wasn't available for viewing, but it was supposedly an identical unit with an identical floor plan. they even sent us a copy of the floor plan in the lease documents. So we signed the lease, but when moving day comes and we're paid up on the move-in fees and the first month's rent, we come in only to find it is not in fact an identical unit, but a much smaller one ... read more
