Very friendly and caring staff
I don’t understand why anyone would bring their dog to this place. It has been a year since I lost my Australian Shepherd, and I’ve been trying to cope with that loss. I want to share my experience now. As soon as I walked in, the smell nearly made me lose my lunch due. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The “office manager” or owner who was at the front desk seemed uneducated and unfit for their role.
