These are wonderful people! The staff is always friendly and courteous. They take time to meet my special needs. They even let me borrow 2 pet carriers to help get all 10 of my cats spayed and neutered. Cindy Gay was the most understanding employee who was also the most awesome foster pet mother who takes care of animals with her whole heart. We found a stray dog but couldn't take him to our lodging due to their policies. With the help of Paws Squad and Brittany, Critter Connection and was amazing!!! They gave him his shots, flea treatment and a quick bath. They were responsive and helpful. The vet was very nice and took great care of him. We were so relieved they were able to help him and us! Thank you!!!!
Staff and Facility was great, I drive over an hour to get my fur babies cared for.
My husband just took our dog for what was according to the website a $20 nail trim...he was charged $48! They called it a technician fee! Also, he said it was very smelly in there like it hasn't been cleaned. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend this place. Edit to say they did make it right.
