Just recently, I went into them with really plugged up ears. Dr Robinson and his staff were so kind to me. They got me right in and he got me unplugged. It was easy and painless. They did not charge me,..... completely amazing. I know where I will go if and when I need hearing aids !! Jeff Larsen
