Dr. Jerger is fantastic, he took a great deal of time to meet with myself and my daughter and was very thorough and very detailed. He was a wealth of knowledge, provided me with options and I felt included in the decision making for my daughter. He had an excellent bedside manner and was very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
This Doctor was rude, dismissive, and just flat out short with us. One of the worst experiences I have had with a Doctor. CCMC in general has always been amazing (other than this Doc). I already spoke with the "patient experience representative" at CCMC and explained the details of the visit. I hate to give this public review I but feel compelled to do so in order to hopefully save another family the stress and upset.
Wasn't friendly and didn't seem to concern about my daughter health at all
