A couple tubes were damaged and leaked during shipment. A quick email to the Log Home Shoppe with some photos was all that was needed for replacements to be shipped free of charge. That’s excellent customer service!

Nice product, fast shipping, and when I made a mistake in the order, they help me make the correction quickly!
EDIT: The Asst. Manager reached out to apologize for the delay and let me know the order was being expedited. There was an issue in communication and the order wasn’t actually received until the last week or so. Kudos to customer service!!! They are going to do something for us to show their appreciation for our order and make up for the delay.
