I’ve been leasing through loghill for the past 3 years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Everyone at the office is so nice and willing to help as much as possible. They genuinely care about their tenants and their renting experience. Maintenance is one of the best I’ve ever seen. They get stuff fixed as soon as possible, usually on the same day or the day after, and they will keep trying until it gets fixed. Signed with Loghill back in late July and so far it has been my best experience with a landlord here in Columbia. With previous housing situations it would take weeks for any of our concerns to be taken care of, but with Loghill it gets taken care of the day after or sometimes even the same day. Walk to campus isn't bad either. Overall best housing experience I've had in COMO so far.
Great place to rent from. I am a college student athlete and they were able to work with me through a lot of difficult times they don’t only care about you as a tenant but they really are family. I would highly recommend always renting from this company. Best place to rent from in Columbia, Missouri. Highly recommend.
Log Hill Apartment Concerns and Unsettledness: Move-In Condition: When my daughter moved into this complex, the experience was troubling from the start. The unit had previously been occupied by a squatter. Instead of restoring the apartment fully, the owner chose to replace only the basement carpet. The upstairs carpet, which was visibly dirty and worn, was never cleaned or replaced. We, as parents, ended up cleaning it ourselves to make the unit livable.
