Best property management company Ive ever rented from no complaints whatsoever
My biggest issue with Log Hill is that there seems to be a lack of accountability somewhere within their team. For those of you renting a newer home or property, their responsiveness and rapid repairs are great. However, we are not renting a new property from Log Hill. We are renting a very old, compromised, moldy, wet, and spider infested home. If I could give negative stars I would, log hill rented us a house with prior flooding, black mold, and brown recluse infestation issues and disclosed NONE of this before we signed our lease. The building violates the code in several areas, so far we have experienced the above listed issues as well as hot water not working for days at a time, window AC units failing to cool the space and blowing mold everywhere, appliances breaking down, and severe flooding.
