For whatever reason Lofy Construction has been rated highly here in Florence, Oregon. I had them remodel my guest bathroom a few years ago. Most general constractors us sub-contractors for electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and painting. I had by bathtub replaced with a walk in shower with a sliding glass door. They opted, I assume, to only used subs for the electrical, plumbing and flooring to save money.
