They gained all the necessary documents, demolition and approvals , prepared marketing and house and land packages. We secured 3 package house and land sales in a short amount of time. With great results. We were guided through every step and it’s given us confidence to continue more developments in the future.
We purchased a newly built home by Lofty Building Group and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Before settlement, we hired an independent building inspector who found a long list of issues. We passed this on to the agent and builder. Lofty later claimed all defects were fixed—but when we brought the inspector back, none of the items had been addressed. Lofty deliberately lied.
