TLDR: Very poor communication, happy with final product. Three years to the day from first meeting to handover. First almost 2 years were spent trying to get updates/progress from fairly useless sales consultants. Actual build only took 9 months and we are happy with the outcome but the road to get there was needlessly long and exhausting.
