East Los are ridiculously unaffordable to minorities but are very welcoming to foreigners and Spanish people and they put them right to work so they can pay for their rent but minorities are overlooked and mistreated on these properties when they ask for a rental of the facility or even employment at the facility

I live and walk this neighborhood. Neighborhood getting more beautiful every day. Construction is slow. Except the group that updated Chamblee Dunwoody Way by the Lobos! New sidewalks, inlaid brick perfectly finished with Nice landscaping. Flowering shoots outta a spiked ground cover. That project was completely finished very quickly.
Great location in an up and coming and developing area! right next to marta station which makes easy access to downtown or airport. Really nice restaurants within walking distance and it it a open container district. The area is pretty safe and this building has a nice rooftop tennis court, perfect for summers.
