Love everything but the hoa. Roof needs replacement since its original construction in 05 but there's no set plan or sense of urgency despite countless leaks in easily a dozen top floor units. The front office/mail room is under perpetual renovation with no communications or expectations on when it's to be done. No clue who is on the HOA board, no way to join a meeting in person as they have them virtually, if at all! Most monthly 'town hall meetings' get canceled the day before. East Los are ridiculously unaffordable to minorities but are very welcoming to foreigners and Spanish people and they put them right to work so they can pay for their rent but minorities are overlooked and mistreated on these properties when they ask for a rental of the facility or even employment at the facility
