I absolutely love this apartment complex! The woman who manages it is amazing, she makes you feel like it's your home. Absolutely recommend.
My partner and I moved here from northwest Iowa and absolutely love it. After Burlington Capital took over, we had 2 issues that maintenance and onsite management fixed within the next 48 hours. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and theres so many food/outing options nearby. Our unit is gorgeous and unique, and rent is reasonably priced compared to other renting options in the area. Second summer in a row without functional air conditioning units. The wall ac units installed leak constantly and are ruining the floor and walls. Seems to be no point in putting in maintenance requests as they are marked complete with nothing being fixed. No one is ever in the office when I check and voicemails don’t get a call back.
