Second summer in a row without functional air conditioning units. The wall ac units installed leak constantly and are ruining the floor and walls. Seems to be no point in putting in maintenance requests as they are marked complete with nothing being fixed. No one is ever in the office when I check and voicemails don’t get a call back.
