If you want to have to navigate a parking lot where there’s trailers and broken down cars taking up spots in an already limited parking lot, then open your car door to the smell of weed and smell it all the way to your apartment door every day/night, and if you super unlucky you can smell it regularly in your apartment too! I love where I live!! Food trucks every Thursday! Take care of all maintenance issues in a timely manner. And front office staff are courteous and very helpful. It feels like a small community!!
The staff in the leasing office (A.J.) is fantastic and beyond friendly and helpful. I visited the property several times before making my decision (once without my kids, another time with the kids, etc.) and was worried I was being annoying by taking time away from their day to show me around. Each time, AJ was so sweet and accommodating and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her (though I know I was).
