Visited a friend there yesterday and saw they had a little get together in the office area. There were several people in there enjoying the refreshments the staff put out so I could not stay but I must say I have never been so delighted that the staff actually try to make the tenants engaged. My friend who live there said they are always happy to see you when you go in even if you are complaining. Haven’t lived in a habitable apartment since we moved in in January; mgmt makes excuses and regional won’t respond to you because they’re always “traveling.” Office doesn’t communicate and will send maintenance in your apt without notifying you, who will then refuse to leave, even if you’re in the shower. Trust the negative reviews because that’s what you’re getting into - you’re just gambling on which issue it is because it varies by apartment.
