Honestly, this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in PA. The whole vibe is super chill and welcoming—you don’t feel like just another appointment on their calendar. Everyone is friendly, and the office is super clean and comfortable. What I really appreciate is that they’re never pushy about extra services or treatments. I am a new patient and have had a great experience so far! The staff is incredibly informative and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
I’ve been going to this dentist for over the past 2 to 3 years before Dr.Kaul left for her other practice and never once have I had a bad experience there, even with the newer staff the great customer service remains the same. The staff makes you feel comfortable and always checks on your wellbeing and health before they start any cleaning or procedure. Dana the receptionist is so sweet and also ask about your health and wellbeing. As long as this dental practice is around I will remain a patient!
