So, my boyfriend moved into 14 Saint Louis place last year (08/2023). The property manager is Katie Shareno. There were reports to Miss Shareno about several different problems with the unit. One, know that everything in these apartments which includes 14, 18 and 20 Saint Louis place are made with the cheapest material. Which means, the fixtures break easily. The closet door came off the hinge twice, the sink in the kitchen does not run cold water, and the leak with our own cleaning bucket underneath is STILL an issue.... read more
