WE HAVE SQUATTERS EVERY OTHER DAY! They move in common spaces and leave food and feces all around. The leasing staff is never on site! The fire alarm is set off randomly for hours at least once a week but the fire dept can’t access the necessary parts of the building to shut it off because the staff has been MIA for months!! Appliances don’t work! The front door is always broken or propped open which is a safety hazard. This building might as well be section 8 the way they treat us but it’s not!! So I just moved from the Hupp about a few months ago and I definitely have had a mixed experience. 1. The neighbors we had were absolutely horrible. The first week me and my partner moved in, we quickly found out our neighbors had a corn addiction. Literally blasting it at MAX volume, completely disregarding the notices to stop. Also, they fought literally Every. Single. Day. And with the thin walls, you could hear every single word. They often blasted loud music, and have also sexually harassed us by sliding hand written no... read more

EVERY BAD REVIEW IS TRUE. Please do not ignore them and be misled. DO NOT APPLY. This complex is worse than student housing at a university. *I was one of the first residents at this property in 2021 and the original reviews were all suppressed so I’m reposting* CONS: -Constantly changing office hours. No management on site half the week. -No one answers the phone. -No emergency maintenance. -No online maintenance requests. -No community events. -No pool. -A joke of a gym. -No storage space. -Small closet. -PAPER THIN WALLS.... read more
