Please don’t waste your time. This building has came under new management and has completely fallen apart. There is nobody on site to take care of the issues at hand. My unit has been on 80° for over a week plus.
Save yourself the bother. New management company is not on site. You rarely get a response to texts or emails. They will rent to anyone. No credit check or background check. Just came in from a fire alarm because someone on the first floor moved a huge barbecue grill inside the building. We literally watched them load it on a truck and speed off before the first trucks arrived. Packages are missing because the traffic is ridiculous, in and out of the building. Last year I made a 5 star review on HUPP. A year ago, I was impressed by the way management was stepping up and taking care of business. Within a month of making that review, it all went downhill FAST. So I deleted that review and this is my new one. This apartment is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived and I’ve lived in third world countries. I don’t understand why the property managers 1. Rotate out so often 2. EDIT: *** EVERYTHING JUST KEEPS GOING DOWNHILL! None of the amenities are actually available to us the gym doesn’t have any equipment anymore and the office staff “works from home” quite often. Why does maintenance take out the trash once a month??? Yall must enjoy the roaches that live here rent free on the patio area. Quick to run and lock the lounge but won’t take out the trash is crazy!
