If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! They allow maintenance in to come in your home without permission, they then steal out of the units with no repercussions. NINA IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGER. After reaching out to her about the theft.. I am now left to believe that the reason all of the packages are stolen out of the mailroom & from in front of people’s doors is because SHE & THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE STEALING! WE HAVE SQUATTERS EVERY OTHER DAY! They move in common spaces and leave food and feces all around. The leasing staff is never on site! The fire alarm is set off randomly for hours at least once a week but the fire dept can’t access the necessary parts of the building to shut it off because the staff has been MIA for months!! Appliances don’t work! The front door is always broken or propped open which is a safety hazard. This building might as well be section 8 the way they treat us but it’s not!! So I just moved from the Hupp about a few months ago and I definitely have had a mixed experience. 1. The neighbors we had were absolutely horrible. The first week me and my partner moved in, we quickly found out our neighbors had a corn addiction. Literally blasting it at MAX volume, completely disregarding the notices to stop. Also, they fought literally Every. Single. Day. And with the thin walls, you could hear every single word.
