I am, in fact, an old hippie. So of course I fell madly in love with these apts. I've lived here in Mesa since 1979 and I ve seen many changes in downtown culture, witnessed it's many struggles. It's finally and officially cool, maybe even a 'hot spot'. Unit #1 had no deadbolt no peep hole. The windowsill air-conditioner was blowing dust and there was pigeon feathers on the floor. We looked out the window and there was all kinds of bird droppings on the outer windowsill as well as the top of the air condition... read more

PROS: Utilities are included in the cost of rent. It requires a key fob to get into the building so it adds a little security. You live in a decent location. "Downtown" Mesa is very quiet in comparison and thats a pro if you like sleep. CONS: These apartments are TINY, studios are around 430 sq/ft and the 1 bedrooms have the same floor plan but an extra foot or two in wid... read more
