The lofts have so much character and a cozy vibe you can’t find anywhere else. I love that these are next to the river and surrounded by this scenic view.
These are very beautiful and affordable loft apartments. I love the style and the brick walls.
I would give less if I could. Dishonest fees, price gouging, poor services. Inexplicably, my fee has swollen to almost $1,900 per month, despite having agreed to closer to $1,300 (this includes fees that don't make sense). Also, in my time here, the apartment has molded (I was still made to pay the entire month's rent despite it being uninhabitable), and it's flooded twice. They truly do not care. Save yourself the hassle. You get get better for cheaper, seriously.
I would recommend staying away from this place. The units seem okay and the price is right but managements handling is concerning. I feel like I had to inquire at every turn to get any progress going and they contradicted themselves on numerous occasions in relation to timelines and next steps. They refused to show the units they were leasing that had current tenants with notice.
