Our apartment hasn’t had working laundry in a month. After putting in a request it took them 2 weeks and several unanswered phone calls for them to even look at it. After only fixing our dryer, they told us we had to wait for parts to fix our washer. After another two weeks, instead of new parts, they gave us an old, rusty washing machine that reeks of mildew. If all we were going to get is a replacement from an old unit why did we wait so long?
