I don’t mind the trains, traffic, drunks yelling at night but what makes these apartments impossible for living are the commercial tenants and the HOA. Lofty Coffee has a semi truck idling outside for an hour every Wednesday morning starting at 4:45 am; leaf blowers start at 6 am, power washers begin after 7pm, one guy parks every week at 10:30pm with a generator on in his truck bed to clean the commercial spaces.
