Great place to live! The property managers, Evan and Mallory, are friendly, responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff is also friendly and very helpful when issues arise. We’ve had a wonderful experience here and plan to stay for years to come.
My daughter moved in to this building this past summer and I have visited multiple times. It is always clean, welcoming, and safe. Mallory in the office is amazing and is not only friendly but willing to help with anything you need. (Like dropping your keys through stairs and needing help to retrieve!) Their apartment is huge and beautiful. I always feel like I am visiting a fancy hotel when I visit. Great place to live in Manchester!
Amazing staff
This is an excellent place to rent in Manchester. The property manager is excellent as are the rest of the staff. The property manager consistently communicates and is very responsive regarding any issues and readily gives updates on progress.The maintenance crew are very timely in addressing issues.
