TL;DR: My worst apartment experience ever. 10 years, 4 states and 10 apartments later. 1.) Toured our 1BR/1BA in April 2021. Was told rent would be $1575 (not including a separate $50/mo charge for owning a pet) or the $300 non-refundable deposit for our cat. 2.) Received a lease late April 2021 for $1650. Property manager at the time noted that the $50 pet rent would be included. It’s hard to be happier with the past 3 years I’ve lived here! The management and maintenance feel like family, they’re always looking out for us. I love how they openly taken suggestions of things to make our living space even better. A couple of the reasons we chose this complex was for it’s staff and amenities and both have lived up to expectations. They really listen and go out of their way for us.
