I would not recommend living here. The walls and floors are unbelievably thin. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors do. I could hear people having normal conversations word for word, hear their TV, and even hear every single time they flushed their toilet. It feels like there’s no real barrier between apartments. What a great experience I had touring the lofts at Lyman Mill. The place is immaculate! Kelly, the manager was so welcoming, kind, and helpful with the process. This place is amazing with great amenities and the prices are very reasonable compared to most places in the area. I can’t wait to move in here! I highly recommend.
I am very excited to be part of an amazing community. The manager, Kelly, has been extremely instrumental in helping me choose the best apartment to suit my needs. She is patience and very understanding as I was all over the place. Her professionalism throughout the whole process was excellent. Kelly and the maintenance crew had my new apartment set up perfectly and even a little earlier than I expected. I am very pleased with the work and can not wait to embark on my new future at Lyman Mills!!
I just finished touring the Mill with the property manager Kelly. Kelly is fantastic, showed me around the property. Saw all the amenities, the property is like a park, well maintained and great landscaping. Kelly knows her business. Great customer service! A pleasure meeting her!
Been living here almost a year. The walls and ceilings are EXTREMELY THIN. You can hear the people walking above you in the halls and you can even hear your neighbor sneeze. Maintenance is good about getting things done though.
