New management is very rude and disrespectful ! Raphael hung up on me 3 times !!! You pay luxury prices to get piss poor service ! DONT LIVE HERE !!
Uninhabitable! When it rains everything gets flooded. Elevators don’t not work. Leaks everywhere. Garage floods during regular rain. 0 amenities nonfunctional gym. Just a nightmare, all of the positive reviews are fake, don't rent here!!
Floods in the garage, gym with broken and not very functional devices, a huge table in the hall and but the wi-fi router is inside the gym (???). When I moved, three years ago there was a project for the rooftop and it was never finalized, nowadays we don't even have access to the rooftop anymore. Not convenient for such a high price, I don't recommend it to anyone.
