Absolutely terrible experience with this apartment. First of all, it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them. Emails, texts, and phone calls are all ignored — no one ever replies. During my stay, I reported several maintenance issues, and only one of them was ever resolved. My lease ended in April, but I still haven’t received my deposit.
