Pretty clean and a good place to live. Also, Lee Ann always replies to emails kindly and promptly.
I had a very positive experience with Lofts at Gold Street, especially working with Lee Ann during my relet and move-out process. The relet process went smoothly, and Lee Ann was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout. She communicated clearly, handled the lease transition efficiently, and made sure everything was processed correctly, including the prorated rent refund and security deposit. I really appreciated her transparency and patience in answering my questions.
Lee Ann is patient to customers and the apartment is clean with full furniture.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT HERE. After moving out, I was charged almost $500 in so-called “smoking fines,” even though I have never smoked in my entire life. They provided no evidence and no reasonable explanation — just unfairly took money out of my deposit. This is complete nonsense and shows how irresponsible the management is. Save yourself the trouble and avoid renting here, or you may never see your full deposit back.
