Been having me an my kids living in the heat for 1 week had to buy my own AC units to keep us cool they are not responsive they don’t care, only person that care is Marie in the front office!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE, it’s not worth your money or your time i lived here for 1 year now and the same problems broken a/c, stinky water, trashy customer service, never answer the phone and if they do they won’t fix the problem dumpster over flown you will never see the dumpster empty or even close to empty dryer randomly turns off (never was fixed), i also have a hole in my bathroom wall with a pipe in there with leaking water and many bugs and nat, shower head is filled with rust, pool always dirty, they ... read more
Whatever you do, don’t move here. Got something broken? Great—add it to the collection! You’ll probably fix it yourself before anyone even pretends to care. Submit a maintenance request? Adorable. If you're really lucky, someone marginally qualified will show up in 2–3 months to “fix” it—and by fix, I mean make it worse or slap a “completed” label on it and vanish.
