Wouldn’t tell a SOUL to stay there! Moved out, gave a future notice of my move out date, got my deposit back and all, all for me to check my credit and see they have me in collections for rent! confusion when every month was paid up to date of when i left! they’ll play with your credit! & not reach out about it WHATSOEVER before doing so! also, the water alwys smell like ass!
This is the grossest most nastiest place that I’ve ever been to in my life. Do not move here if you value cleanliness. Roaches and rodents all in the hallways. Trash dipping cups for sauces, broken ketchup packets all through the hallways. Trash smegma all over the concrete when you walk to the apartments the stairs are absolutely disgusting. Brianna was amazing, very attentive. She answered all of questions very thoroughly!
Lived here for 3 years , kept my space very clean. They ruined my apartment ceiling due to a leak that they created which caused some mold. Moved out in March and they literally will not give me my deposit back, won’t tell me why. I’ve literally called back to back. I’ve received emails from Brooke who literally doesn’t remember anything that she says (she’s done this before) I have had 2 conversations with Brooke on the phone where she says one thing and literally forgets what she stated and states she did not say that.
