I would strongly advise against renting at Anthony Mill. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First off, we’ve had ongoing issues with mice in the building, and despite multiple complaints, management does nothing to address it. It’s clear they don’t take pest control seriously. When we were moving out, I asked if the carpets were new when we moved in, and I was told they’d check the records and get back to me. We lived at Anthony Mills for two years. By far one of the quietest places I have lived in. I loved the high ceiling, the old charm of the apartment, always plenty of parking spaces available. Maria and her team were so easy to work with. I can highly recommend this apartment complex.
Moving in daughter was easy with freight elevator.
