We are very happy with our new loft extension. It was built to the agreed budget and within the agreed timescales. All the staff employed by Loftplan have been super helpful; the roofer, builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, bathroom people. The quality of their work was excellent, their customer service faultless and ultimately their clever design maximised the added value to our property. Loftplan converted our loft in 2022. We were so happy we chose Loftplan for our loft conversion. From start to finish the team at Loftplan was very professional, very approachable and supportive when we needed it. We recently (Oct 2025) realised that two of our Velux windows were not fully functional and contacted Loftplan asking for help. Amazing Loft Conversion completed by Loft-Plan. Outstanding work competed by the whole of the Loft-Plan Team, we had a full Loft Conversion, Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and walk in Wardrobe all overseen and built by the Loft-Plan Team. We were highly recommended Loft plan by both a neighbour who had used them and our builder who had done our ground floor extension. They offer a fully inclusive service which means they take everything from design, planning and build and leave you with an an exceptionally high quality build brand new loft conversion.
