My experience with Lofton staffing today was mostly positive. It took about the length of time that I was told for my appointment. The video I was ask to view was very tedious and felt odd to spend so much time on . Some of the questions I was ask on the test were strangely worded and I suppose would be relatable to someone who has experience with that particular type of mail software but it seemed out of date. I did appreciate the email and texts I received to prepare me for the interview.
I am so disappointed. Last week my father passed away late in the night. I called out to try to rush and see my deceased father one last time. I was immediately let go by Lofton. I had never called out and was already devastated by my father’s tragic passing but they seemed to be disinterested and were rude. Not to mention I have to pay for my father’s cremation but now I am unemployed. If you do take a job you better not have a death in the family because you may very well be fired.
