For a couple of years, I have listed with Lofton in Baton Rouge , LA for legal positions that were posted. The times I tried to contact them I would never get a return call even after advising I had called 2 or 3 times already. This is not a professional staffing business. They are only interested in minimum wage positions that can be filled easily and quickly. I do not recommend them at all.
I loved working for Lofton before i was scheduled to give birth July 2020 and had my account frozen/placed on maternity leave. I moved to Dallas since then🥲. I got hired in like January or February 2020 while I was like 1month expecting. This is the worst staffing agency in Baton Rouge they tell you you’re not qualified for every job you apply for on their website
Stevie was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to get me placed with a great job. Couldn’t have asked for a better agency experience.
