Outstanding service - even on the weekend! All i had to do was call, and he sneaked up on me. Very knowledgeable of his craft. Once I explained the issue, he ran down the problem. No-hassle service with particular care to customer service. Reasonable prices for quality work. Definitely a keeper for me!

This is a hard review to make. Mr. Lofton can do an excellent work if he wants to and will work with you for equipment costs. I experienced that for the urgent change of my outside AC unit in the heat of summer 2021. Quick, efficient, very well priced job! But then a couple of month later, after a sudden stalling of the AC, Mr. Lofton indicated that the evaporator had to be changed. And from there, it has been a disaster. The AC cannot be used. My sir was out I called him and he came less than 30 minutes .and fixed my air. Didn't take him long at all. If you need your air/heat fixed, he's the right person to call to get the job done.
