This is the 2nd property I have had a Loftomattic ladder installed in, best purchase we ever made, had a small problem couple of weeks ago, Michael came out today, what a lovely guy, stripped and replaced broken part, serviced completely and reinstalled ladder, all working perfectly, thank you very much and thanks for the stories Lynn
Michael was excelent in fixing my Loftmatic ladder that my builder had installed incorrectly. It works really well now. The product has been designed to a very high standard and the engineer support has been top notch. Well done Michael and his team.
I purchased the Loftomattic 9-step ladder in 2021 and installed it myself. The install was straightforward and it has worked very well, used maybe 5 or 6 times a week since install. Recently it developed a mechanical issue, which I was able to fix, but I got in touch afterwards to confirm the reprogramming process and get hold of a spare part. The communication with this company needs to improve. I chased several times to purchase. But it was really easy to install. I did it myself, it looks great, it works well and all of our visitors can't believe it when we show them it. Thank you 👌
