I have been trying to work with this company for the last two weeks to get new quotes for my mother who is over 90 years old. Went to the Ponca City location to discuss getting new quotes for homeowners and car insurance. Was told they would turn it over to the sales department and would hear back within two days. After no response for over a week I finally called and though apologetic and several excuses I was led to believe I would receive a quote that evening or the next day. No response, so I called again. Rude company. Switched to them after my agent died and they passed my insurance to Loftis and Wetzel, I didn't choose them. Missed one payment after SIX years, get a letter that says I NO LONGER HAVE COVERAGE through them. Doesn't matter anyways, they used to cover wind, water, etc. Then they moved it allll down to just fire. That way Oklahomans working hard don't get covered by tornados or flooding. Sounds about right. Totally unprofessional letter. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!! They don't actually care about you or your fami... read more
